- And for Implement details section fill details of package, manufacture, dealer, implement, etc.
- After this, enter details in ‘Owner Details’ column such as tractor owner name, tractor engine chassis no. And select Initial Non Subsidy Amount Payment.
- Then fill in ‘Address for Communication’ column with details like door no, locality, state, village/ward & Pin code, etc.
- And at last in ‘Informant Details’ column fill details such as informant name, relation & informant mobile no.
- After filling all the details carefully & correctly, sign the form & attach the required documents along with it.
