How To Fill TMB NEFT/RTGS Form Offline?

You can download the application form online or get it from branch or can download it by using link given above and fill the details and submit it to concerned branch for RTGS/NEFT Transfer. To fill the form you have to follow the given below steps:

  • First mention branch name & date.
  • Then enter bank, branch, place, IFSC code, beneficiary account no. & beneficiary name.
  • Now enter the amount to be remitted, exchange & total amount.
  • After this, fill applicant name, address & mobile no.
  • Now fill the left side also i.e. Acknowledgement Slip (as shown in image below) with beneficiary, applicant & remittance details as required.
