How To Fill Subhadra Bank NEFT/RTGS Form?

When you will download & open the Subhadra Bank NEFT ad RTGS Form, you will find that there are different sections in the form.  You need to follow the given below steps to fill the form without any hassle:

  • You will find there are two sections in the NEFT/RTGS form. The first section on the right side is for Remitter, Beneficiary & Payment Details and second section on the left side is for Customer Acknowledgment (for customer to keep).
  • Firstly in the form fill in Branch & Date.
  • Now fill remitter/applicant details like Name of Applicant, Account Number, Address, Mobile No, Email.
  • Then fill beneficiary details like Beneficiary Name, Bank Name & Branch, Account No, Reconfirm Account No., IFSC Code, Mobile No., Amount (in figures & words).
  • Now in the Payment details column fill cheque no., amount (in the figure), select debit a/c no. or not
  • For Customer Acknowledgement Section (as shown in the image below), fill details of remitter & beneficiary as mentioned on right side.

After filling in both side’s details, sign the form & submit it to bank officials for processing the transaction.
