SBI NEFT/RTGS Form facility is used by its customers to transfer funds offline from one person/account to another person/account through the branch. For availing of this facility, you have to visit the branch & submit the filled NEFT/RTGS application form to process the transaction.
‘RTGS’ stands for Real-Time Gross Settlement, which can be defined as the real-time settlement of funds transfers individually on an order by order basis (without netting). As funds transfer takes place in the books of the RBI, the payments are secure, final, and irrevocable.
National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) facilitates person/firms/corporate to transfer funds from any bank branch to any person/firm/corporate having an account with the same bank or any other bank branch in the country as well.

For RTGS amount transferred should be above Rs.2,00,000 with no upper limit. For NEFT there is no such limit. Through RTGS amount gets transferred to the beneficiary account within 30 minutes only. For RTGS/NEFT facility offline, you have to visit the bank’s branch. RTGS/NEFT will be conducted by the bank during its working hours only. Details to be mentioned for RTGS/NEFT form are:-
Amount to be remitted, Account no. to be debited, Name of the beneficiary bank, Name of the beneficiary customer, Account no. of the beneficiary customer, IFSC code of the receiving branch (IFSC Code is printed on cheque leaves), Cheque No Along with Cheque. Steps To Fill SBI NEFT/RTGS Form- Offline
You can download the State Bank of India- SBI NEFT/RTGS form online or get it from a branch or can download it by using the link given above and fill in the details and submit it to the concerned branch for RTGS/NEFT Transfer. To fill the form you have to follow the following steps:-
- First mention Date, Branch Name & Code, Cheque No., Amount (in figures & words). Remitter’s A/c No.
- Now enter beneficiary details such as Name of Beneficiary, Bank Name & Branch, IFSC Code, Account Number.
- Then fill amount – needed to be transferred (in figures), Charges & Total Amount.
- Then fill in Name of Applicant, Address, Mobile No.
- Now on the left side i.e. acknowledgment slip (as shown in the image below) fill in the details of beneficiary, applicant & remittance amount as mentioned on the right side of the form.
Once you have filled the form correctly, sign and submit it to the branch authority. You will be provided Acknowledgement Slip which can be used as proof for future reference if the amount is not transferred to the beneficiary account.

Important Update of SBI NEFT Form PDF
You have submitted the request form within branch working hours .i.e. 10:00 AM to 04:30 PM- Monday To Saturday (except 2nd & 4th Saturday & any public or bank holiday).
RBI has no fixed price for the NEFT/RTGS services. Banks are allowed to charge according to their rates. For the RTGS facility charges apply from Rs. 25 to Rs.50 (Plus GST Charges). These charges depend on the amount you transfer, where a higher amount attracts higher charges.
Note – RTGS/NEFT both areelectronic mode to transfer money easily and quickly from one person to another. It can be done online with access to internet banking facility or you can also request for offline service by filling and submitting एसबीआई आरटीजीएस फॉर्म to its nearest branch.
