Steps To Fill RBL Bank NEFT/RTGS Form Offline

When you see RBL Bank RTGS Form & NEFT Form you will find many sections in that form. To fill the form without any problem, you need to follow the given below steps:

  • As you will download & open the form, you will see there are four sections in the NEFT/RTGS form. The top section is for Remitter & Beneficiary Details, second section is for Authorization of Bearer, then there is Branch Use Only section and last section is for Acknowledgement Slip.
  • Firstly select in the form mode of transfer i.e. RTGS or NEFT, then fill cheque no., & cheque date. & then fill customer/applicant/remitter & beneficiary details (as required).
  • For the customer/applicant/remitter column fill details like Remitter’s Name, Account No., Mobile No., Amount to be Transferred (in figures & words).
  • Now fill in beneficiary details like Beneficiary Name, Account No., Details of Payment (narration), Reconfirm Beneficiary Account No., Beneficiary Bank Name & Branch, IFSC Code.
  • Now if you have authorized someone else to pick the bank’s acknowledgment slip on your behalf then fill Authorization For Bearer Section (as shown in the image below).

  1. Then there is the “For Branch Use Only” column (as shown in the image below). You don’t have to fill this section so leave it. It is for bank officials to mention UTR No. & other details.
  2. The last section i.e. “Acknowledgement”  (as shown in image below) is a customer acknowledgement copy given by the bank to the applicant after completing the transaction. Here NEFT/RTGS details are mentioned along with UTR No. which can be used by the applicant for future reference.
  3. Once you have filled in all the details required in the form, check it carefully & then sign & submit it to bank officials to process the transaction.

Attention: For RTGS amount should be above Rs. 2,00,000/-.

Note – RTGS/NEFT is an electronic system which helps to transfer funds easily and quickly. It is usually preferred by customer to transfer fund online with access to net/mobile banking facility.
