Those registered construction workers who have completed 60 years of age and have a membership of the Board for at least 3 years and have been depositing contribution to the Board continuously, they shall be given Rs. 2000/- per month pension by the Board.
If a registered beneficiary, having minimum one-year membership of Board, becomes total (100%) disabled, he shall be given pension from the date of disablement. The disability certificate shall be issued by the Civil Surgeon of the district.
If a beneficiary, having minimum one-year membership of Board, dies, his spouse shall get family pension up to 50% amount of the pension till such date he/she remarries.
If the pensioner dies, the spouse shall get family pension up to 50% of the pension till his/her survival. But if the husband/wife, either remarried or he/she gets an old-age pension of the Government then they shall not be eligible for family pension. If both the husband and wife are the beneficiaries of the Board and both are getting pension then on the eve of the death of one of them, the other one shall not be eligible for family pension.

पंजाब निर्माण श्रमिक पेंशन योजना फॉर्म (Punjab Construction Workers Pension Form)

60 वर्ष की आयु और 3 वर्ष की सदस्यता पूरी होने के बाद पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिक को 2,000 रुपए प्रति माह पेंशन मिलेगी। पारिवारिक पेंशन 1,000 रुपये प्रति माह भी बोर्ड द्वारा प्रदान किया जाता है। बोर्ड के साथ पंजीकरण के बाद निर्माण श्रमिक को तुरंत एक सदस्यता प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाता है। BOCW बोर्ड के पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिक निम्नलिखित नियमों और शर्तों पर पेंशन के लिए पात्र होंगे: –  
जिन पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिकों ने 60 वर्ष की आयु पूरी कर ली है और जिनके पास कम से कम 3 वर्षों के लिए बोर्ड की सदस्यता है और वे लगातार बोर्ड में योगदान जमा कर रहे हैं, उन्हें रु। बोर्ड द्वारा 2000 / – प्रति माह पेंशन।
यदि एक पंजीकृत लाभार्थी, जिसके पास बोर्ड की न्यूनतम एक वर्ष की सदस्यता है, कुल (100%) विकलांग हो जाता है, तो उसे विकलांगता की तारीख से पेंशन दी जाएगी। विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र जिले के सिविल सर्जन द्वारा जारी किया जाएगा।
यदि एक लाभार्थी, जिसकी बोर्ड की न्यूनतम एक वर्ष की सदस्यता है, की मृत्यु हो जाती है, तो उसके पति को पेंशन की 50% राशि तक पारिवारिक पेंशन मिलेगी, जब तक कि वह पुनर्विवाह नहीं करता।
यदि पेंशनभोगी की मृत्यु हो जाती है, तो पति / पत्नी के जीवित रहने तक पेंशन का 50% तक पारिवारिक पेंशन प्राप्त होगी। लेकिन यदि पति / पत्नी, या तो पुनर्विवाह करते हैं या उन्हें सरकार की वृद्धावस्था पेंशन मिलती है, तो वे पारिवारिक पेंशन के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे। यदि पति और पत्नी दोनों बोर्ड के लाभार्थी हैं और दोनों को पेंशन मिल रही है, तो उनमें से एक की मृत्यु की पूर्व संध्या पर, दूसरा परिवार पेंशन के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।
