  • Certificate given by two different gazette officers.
  • Education records duly signed (in case applying  for Student Fee reimbursement)
  • Rs 10/- for Non-judicial paper declaration – as per G.O 1551 and I.T return if any / payslip
  • Residence certificate
  • Address proof (Voter id, ration card, Electricity bill, etc)
