Steps To Fill Mahesh Bank NEFT/RTGS Form – Offline
Once you have downloaded the NEFT and RTGS Form, you have to fill all the sections mentioned in the form correctly before submitting it to the concerned branch.
To fill the form without facing any difficulty, you have to follow given below steps:
- As you download the form, first fill date & branch, now you will see there are two sections in the form. The section i.e. on the left side is Counterfoil or Acknowledgment Slip & the section on the right side is for Remitter & Beneficiary Details.
- Firstly on the right side fill amount (in figures & words), account no. to be debited, name, cheque no. & drawee branch.
- Now fill in beneficiary detail like Name, Bank Name & Branch, Account No., IFSC Code, Amount to be Remitted, Commission & Total Amount & then fill remitter/applicant Name.
- Now for the counterfoil section i.e. to the left side of form (as shown in image below), fill details as required for remitter, beneficiary & payments as you have filled on the right side of the form. It is an acknowledgment slip for the customer to keep for future ref.
Once the form is fully filled, Check it carefully, Sign and submit the same to the concerned branch authority.
