Steps To Fill Kotak Bank RTGS/NEFT Application Form – Offline
When you will download & open Kotak Mahindra Bank RTGS/NEFT Form, you will find that there are different sections in the form. You need to follow the given below steps to fill the Kotak Bank RTGS/NEFT form without any hassle:-
- You will find there are two sections in the NEFT/RTGS form. The first section is for Remitter & Beneficiary Details and the second section is for customer acknowledgment copy.
- First select the remittance type or mode to transfer fund i.e. RTGS or NEFT, Branch Name & Date.
- Then fill in remitter/applicant details like Account Number, Cheque No., Amount in figure & words, and purpose code (for RTGS – provided in the table below in the form).
- Now fill in beneficiary details like Beneficiary Account Type, Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary Account No. & IFSC Code, Bank Name & Branch.
- After filling in both details sign the form & mention your name.
- The bank will use the “Branch-Use Only” Section after completing the transaction where they will mention transaction id etc. Also, you will be given a customer acknowledgment copy mentioning UTR# / transaction id as proof that RTGS/NEFT has been processed by the bank with a bank seal.
- Note for RTGS, the amount should be greater than Rs. 2,00,000.
