Karnataka Free Laptop Scheme Application Form PDF Download : This scheme is started by Karnataka govt. to issue laptops to the students of the state who has passed 12th class exam with merit.
Also govt. will give free laptops to some other students as well such as student following higher education in medical, engineering sector. This will help the merit students of the state to smoothly pursue their further education.
Primarily objective of this scheme is to provide benefit to students who belongs to SC/ST or OBC category in the state. Under this scheme, govt. has set a target to benefit more than 36000 students of SC / ST/OBC category.

Eligibility Criteria for Karnataka Free Laptop Scheme :
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of the state.
- Student must have passed class 12th exam with merit/good grades.
- Student can belong to any category, however SC/ST/OBC class students will be given first preference.
- Applicant student’s family income should not be more than Rs. 2.50 Lakhs.
- Students must pursue their higher education after passing 12th exam to be selected as eligible applicants for the scheme.
