How To Fill J&K Bank RTGS Form Offline?

When you see J&K Bank RTGS Form & NEFT Form, you will find many sections in that form. To fill the form without any problem, you need to follow the given below steps:

    • As you will download & open the form, you will see there are two sections in the NEFT/RTGS form. The top section is for Remitter, Beneficiary & Payment Details, and the below section is Receipt for the applicant.
    • Firstly select in the form mode of transfer i.e. RTGS or NEFT, & then fill in all the details as required in the form. Details should be entered in “Capital or Block Letters” only.
    • For the applicant/remitter column fill in details like Remitter’s Name, Mobile No., Email ID, PAN No., Account No., Amount to be Remitted (in figures & words), Charges & Total Amount.
    • Now fill in beneficiary details like NEFT/RTGS Remarks, Beneficiary Name, Account No., Bank, Branch, IFSC Code, Mobile No., Email ID.
    • Now fill in remittance details as required such as debit account no. or cash or cheque & cheque no. And Reconfirm Beneficiary Account No.
    • The last section i.e. “Receipt for Applicant”  (as shown in the image below) is a customer acknowledgment copy given by the bank official with their signature & bank seal to the applicant after completing the transaction. Here you have to fill in NEFT/RTGS details as required.
