Details needed to be mentioned in HSBC NEFT/RTGS Form are as follows:-

Steps To Fill HSBC NEFT/RTGS Form – Offline

You can download the HSBC NEFT Form & RTGS form online or get it from branch or can download it by using link given above and fill the details and submit it to concerned branch for RTGS/NEFT Transfer. To fill the form you have to follow the following steps:-

  1. Firstly in the form fill date, select mode of transfer i.e. NEFT or RTGS, then enter amount to be remitted (in figures & words).
  2. Now enter beneficiary details such as Name of Beneficiary, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name & Branch ( also mention- Is the destination account an NRE account or not).
  3. Then fill applicant details such as Name of Applicant, Account No., Purpose of Payment & tick the mandatory conditions as mentioned  in the form.
  4. Once you have filled the form, check it carefully & then sign and submit it to the branch authority.
  5. For RTGS amount should be Rs.2,00,000 or more.

“For Bank Use Only” column (as shown in image below) in the form is for bank officials to use. You don’t have to fill this section so leave it blank.

You have submit the request form within branch working hours .i.e. 10:00 AM to 04:30 PM- Monday To Saturday (except 2nd & 4th Saturday & any public or bank holiday).
