Equitas Small Finance Bank- ESFB is a small finance bank founded in 2007 by Equitas as a microfinance lender. Its headquarters is situated in Chennai, India. After receiving a license from the RBI on 30 June 2016, Equitas started banking on 5 September 2016 as a subsidiary of the holding company Equitas Holdings Ltd. Bank provides its customer facility to conduct NEFT/RTGS transactions both online or offline as per their own convenience.
‘RTGS’ stands for Real-Time Gross Settlement, which can be defined as the real-time settlement of funds transfers individually on an order by order basis. As funds transfer takes place in the books of the RBI, the payments are secure, final, and irrevocable.
National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) facilitates person/firms to transfer funds from any bank branch to any person/firm having an account with the same bank or any other bank branch in the country as well. For RTGS amount transferred should be above Rs.2,00,000 with no upper limit. For NEFT there is no such limit.
To apply for online transactions, customers must have access to net/mobile banking whereas for offline transactions they have to submit the ESFB NEFT/RTGS Form to their branch to process the transaction. And form can be obtained from its branch or can be downloaded online from the link given below.

Steps To Fill ESFB NEFT/RTGS Form – Offline
You can download ESFB NEFT and RTGS Form online or get it from a branch or can download it by using the link given above and fill in the details and submit it to the concerned branch for RTGS/NEFT Transfer.
To fill the form you have to follow the following steps:
- First, select mode of transfer i.e. NEFT or RTGS., fill Branch Name, Date, Time, Customer/Applicant Name, Account No., Cheque No., Mobile No.
- Then enter beneficiary details such as Name of Beneficiary, Address, Account No., Confirm Account No., Bank Name & Branch, IFSC Code, A/c Type, Amount to be Credited (in figures & words), Remarks.
- Now on the left side i.e. Acknowledgement slip (as shown in the image below) fill in the details as mentioned on the right side of the form.
- Once you have filled the form correctly, sign and submit it to the branch authority. You will provide an acknowledgment slip which can be used as proof for future ref., if the amount is not transferred to the beneficiary account.
All the details need to be filled in carefully & correctly by the applicant to process the transaction. And you have submitted the request form within branch working hours only.
