कोरोना सहाय योजना दस्तावेज
गुजरात सरकार ने देश में कोरो महामारी से मरने वाले मरीजों के परिवारों को सहायता देने का फैसला किया है. इस योजना के तहत लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए कितने दस्तावेज आवंटित किए गए हैं। यदि मृतक के परिवार के सदस्यों द्वारा निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज उपलब्ध कराए जाते हैं तो जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण द्वारा सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।

कोरोना सहाय योजना आवेदन प्रक्रिया
कोरोना सहायता योजना के (કોરોના સહાય યોજના) तहत कोविड-19 से मरने वालों के परिवारों को 50000 की सहायता राशि दी जाएगी। आवश्यक दस्तावेज आवेदन पत्र के साथ संलग्न किए जा सकते हैं। जिसके लिए आपको अपने प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, शहरी स्वास्थ्य केंद्र या शहरी स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, जिला स्तर पर जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण को आवेदन किया जा सकता है।
Eligibility for Corona Sahay Yojana
Eligibility or conditions have been fixed for availing the benefits of Corona Sahayata 2023 Yojana implemented by the Government of Gujarat. For which the government has issued an official resolution. Some of the conditions and eligibility for availing the benefit of this Yojna are as follows.
- The deceased must have died from covid-19.
- The family of the deceased should be originally a citizen of Gujarat.
- The cause of death should be stated in the death certificate of the deceased.
- If the reason is not written in the death certificate then the certificate has to be obtained by applying to the
- COVID-19 Death Assuring Committee (CDAC) at the District Collectorate.
