To add the name to the ration card, you have to complete the application process given below –

- First enter your ration card no., & then enter new member details such as name, mother- father name, dob, gender, age, etc. as required.

- Now, sign and submit the application form along with required documents to the concerned dept.
- After a verification, the authorities will be add new member’s name in the ration card and will update ration card.
