Steps To Fill Andhra Bank NEFT/RTGS Form – Offline

When you see Andhra Bank NEFT/RTGS Form you will find many sections in that form. To fill the form without any problem, you need to follow the given below steps:

  1. As you will download & open the form, you will see there are two sections in the NEFT/RTGS form. The right section is for Remitter & Beneficiary Details and the left section is for Counterfoil or Acknowledgement copy.
  2. First in the form fill in details like date, branch name, account type.
  3. Now fill remitter/sender/applicant details like Remitter/Sender Name, Remitter/Sender Account No., Remitter’s PAN No. & select mode of transaction i.e. RTGS/NEFT.
  4. Then fill in beneficiary details like Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary Bank, Branch Name, Beneficiary Account No., IFSC Code, Amount (in figure & words), Cheque No., Date.
  5. On the left side enter the same details of the Remitter & beneficiary, the Amount to be remitted, etc. It is for the customer as acknowledgment slip against RTGS/NEFT done. Here bank will provide UTR No., along with the name & signature of the Bank Authorized official with a bank stamp.
  6. Before submitting the form, check all the details carefully & then sign, mention your cell no. & submit it to bank officials.
  7. The “For Office Use Only” column is for bank officials to verify & sign to process the transaction. Here bank related details like UTR No., transaction remitted by, etc. are mentioned (as shown in the image below).
