Download Agniveer Recruitment Yojana PDF – भारतीय सेना के तीनों अंगों (Air Force, Navy, थल सेना, वायुसेना, नौसेना) में युवाओं की भर्ती के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने अग्नीपथ योजना पेश की है। अग्नीपथ के रास्ते युवा देश के प्रभारी बन सकेंगे। 1 साल में इसके तहत 40000 भर्तियां होंगी। इन सैनिकों को अग्निवीर नाम दिया गया है। चयनित युवा 4 साल तक सेना में सेवा दे सकेंगे। संविदा के आधार पर होने वाली इस भर्ती में शुरुआत में ₹30000 वेतन मिलेगा जो चौथे वर्ष तक ₹40000 हो जाएगा। सेवा अवधि पूरी होने पर उन्हें 11.71 लाख रुपए का कर मुक्त सेवा निधि पैकेज भी मिलेगा। रक्षा संबंधी मंत्रिमंडल समिति की मंजूरी के बाद रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने मंगलवार को अग्नीपथ की औपचारिक घोषणा की। भर्ती अखिल भारतीय चयन समिति के तहत होगी।

How to join, Age limit for Agniveers, Educational Qualification and more

The armed forces would soon conduct Recruitment rallys at various campuses and special rallys. Enrollment would be done through an online centralised system for all three services. Specialised rallies and campus interviews at recognised technical institutes such as Industrial Training Institutes and National Skills Qualifications Framework, would be conducted for the same.
Age limit: Enrolment will be based on ‘All India All Class’ basis and the eligible age will be in range from 17.5 to 21 years.
Educational Qualification: The educational qualification for Agniveers will remain as in vogue for enrollment in various categories. Ex. for entry into General Duty (GD) soldier, the educational qualification is Class 10. Table given below.
Other Requirements: Recruits would have to meet the medical eligibility conditions laid down for enrolment in the armed forces as applicable to respective categories/trades.

Benefits to the Agniveers under Agneepath Scheme (Salary, and more)
Agniveers will be given an attractive customised monthly package along with Risk and Hardship allowances as applicable in the three services. On completion of the engagement period of four years, Agniveers will be paid one time ‘Seva Nidhi’ package which shall comprise their contribution including accrued interest thereon and matching contribution from the Government equal to the accumulated amount of their contribution including interest as indicated below:
The ‘Seva Nidhi’ will be exempt from Income Tax. There shall be no entitlement to gratuity and pensionary benefits.Agniveers will be provided non-contributory Life Insurance Cover of Rs 48 lakhs for the duration of their engagement period in the Indian Armed Forces.

The scheme will lead to much more youthful and technically adept war fighting force by ensuring a fine balance between youthful and experienced personnel in the Armed Forces.
Agniveers – a younger, skilled and technologically advanced forces
With Agniveers churning out every four years, the Indian forces are set to get much younger and ‘technologically savvy’. The aim is to recruit ‘young talent from the society who are more in tune with contemporary technological trends and plough back skilled, disciplined and motivated manpower into the society.’
The Union Minister said, “It would help to train them for new technologies and also improve their health levels. This scheme will increase employment opportunities with new skills in different sectors.”
